Terms of Use – Live Scores & Match Prediction (Pulse11)

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading or using the Pulse11 app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service Pulse11 is a live sports scoring and match prediction app. Users can view live match scores, predict player performance, and compete on a leaderboard. Match data is provided by API-Football and may be subject to delays.

3. User Accounts You create an account by choosing a username. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate conduct. Offensive, misleading, or inappropriate usernames may be removed.

4. Premium Subscription

• Premium is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription via Apple App Store.
• Premium removes advertisements and allows unlimited player ratings per match (free tier: 1 player per match).
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Free Tier The App is fully functional without a subscription. Free users can view scores, make predictions, and rate 1 player per match.

6. Prohibited Conduct You may not: use bots or automated tools, submit fake predictions, impersonate others, or attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings.

7. Intellectual Property All app content, design, and code are owned by Pulse11. Match data is provided under license from API-Football.

8. Disclaimer The App is provided "as is." We are not responsible for data delays, inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Predictions are for entertainment purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
